Lymphatic drainage treatment detoxes your lymph nodes in order to reduce inflammation and toxins in the particular area. We have a multitude of lymphatic drainage treatments targeting the face, neck, chest, underarms, stomach, thighs, legs and buttocks.

Oftentimes patients are prescribed antibiotics to treat their colds and viruses. The majority of these medications do not leave your body systems naturally, so instead they stay within your lymph nodes and create plaque and/or excessive toxins. There are plenty of ways to detox at home such as drinking warm water with lemon or messaging your lymph nodes. However, these are only temporary solutions. At Stone International Wellness Center, we work to provide a complete detox, targeting step by step each layer of the body. The first step we recommend all our patients is to complete a deep detox treatment in order to stimulate the meridian and lymph nodes. By doing so, the body naturally detoxes from all of its toxin build up.

The next step is the lymphatic drainage that helps flush out the build up fluid and toxins in the correct direction. What some may not know is that some practitioners may not be able to properly push the toxins in the correct direction which will cause nearby lymph nodes to become more clogged. Here at Stone International Wellness Center, our practitioners have over 39 years of experience as well as having knowledge of both eastern and western medicinal approaches.

Tip: At Stone International Wellness Center we offer a turmeric juice that is available for purchase that allows everyone to have a natural and organic way to detox at home. Our juice contains turmeric which is a great source of an antioxidant, cinnamon, honey and apple cider vinegar.

We focus on the vagus nerve, the main ‘root’ in our body. It is the main nerve that allows all the other nerves to function properly and to hold nutrients that are important to have. With this being said, our top priority is to find a lymph node that is swollen and follow the ‘map’ that leads our practitioners to the root cause. An example of a root cause is plaque build up, potentially caused by a virus that your body has not fully recovered from or a parasite within your body. Our lymphatic drainage treatment(s) will help your body be able to move toxins out quickly and effectively.

Toxin buildup can come from common items such as deodorants, lipstick and bras. Whenever someone’s underarms smell (even with the use of deodorant) it is a sign of toxic buildup. A tip from one of our practitioners is to stay away from deodorant because they contain heavy amounts of lead that will clog your follicles and eventually buildup toxins in your lymph nodes. If you feel your armpits tender or hard that means there are toxins that are residing in there.

As for lipstick, there are huge amounts of chemicals in the product and the skin of our lips are very thin and fragile so our practitioners advise everyone to apply organic gloss as a protector before applying lipstick to minimize any possible toxins from penetrating through your lips and into your bloodstream.

Lastly, if you wear bras with underwire, our practitioners highly encourage you to switch to bras that do not have wires. Underwire bras can suppress lymph nodes from being able to ‘breath’. Once the lymph nodes are restricted it is harder for fluids to flow through. Again, it is important to come into our clinic to have our practitioners perform a deep detox and lymphatic drainage treatment on you.
