I have never received a cupping treatment before I went to see QC. I had no idea what to expect, but as the session continued on, she walked me through every single thing that was happening. She explained to me what the purpose was for each muscle, ligament, organ… Etc. I felt like I was being educated on my own body while having all my pain, stiffness, and anxiety melt away. I was having excruciating pain all day for two weeks. She knows exactly how to relieve the inflammation I have. QC and Amanda are fantastic and will heal you!! This is a great way to release the tension on the muscle. I also believe that their turmeric drink has pain-reducing powers. That’s why I’m still taking turmeric 3 to 4 times a week. Today was one of the most incredible healing experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel heard, informed, comfortable and safe. I spent over 7 hours and every moment I was taken care of. I would recommend this to everyone!

QC took very good care of me during my first experience with cupping therapy. She briefly explained what cupping felt like and set expectations clearly before we got started. It helped alleviate any concerns I had. I felt much better after cupping and she also discussed with me areas of concern that I need to improve my health in. I also interacted with other members of her team and they were just as patient and caring with me. I would gladly recommend anyone interact with Stone International Wellness Center for themselves!
