Stone International Wellness Center Policies

Our Policies

We require all of our clients to abide by our policies, not following such will result in the inability to schedule an appointment with Stone International Wellness Center. For questions regarding our policies please contact us.

Stone International Wellness Center does not accept insurance, but we are happy to provide invoices for our patients to submit to their insurance for reimbursement.

 

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to check-in and prepare for your treatment.

As part of the Stone International Wellness Center scheduling process, all clients must provide one of the following options before the act of scheduling their appointment:

● A direct down payment of 20% of the scheduled services
● Credit card or debit card information on file

Monetary Transactions

● Credit cards, debit cards, checks and cash are welcomed. There is a $45 fee for all return checks.
● Full payment is expected unless a gift certificate is presented at the time. Gift certificates are non-refundable but are transferable.
● Pricing and services are subjected to change without notice

Cancellations and Rescheduling 

  • We understand that emergencies do come up and in case of an emergency, you can not make the appointment, please let us know more than five business days before the scheduled appointment to avoid any cancellation or rescheduling fees that may arise.

  • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment five business days before the scheduled appointment, there will be a 50% cancellation and rescheduling fee based on your scheduled services.

  • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment three business days before the scheduled appointment, there will be a 75% cancellation and or rescheduling fee based on your scheduled services.

  • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment two business days or less before the scheduled appointment, there will be a 100% cancellation and or rescheduling fee based on your scheduled services.
