Appointment Policy
All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by contacting our front desk. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but we recommend booking ahead to ensure your preferred time slot.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and to fully relax before your treatment.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Package payments and gift certificates are also available.
Health & Safety
For your safety, please inform our practitioners of any health conditions, allergies, or medications before your treatment. Certain conditions may require a physician's clearance before we can proceed with specific therapies.
Refund Policy
Services rendered are non-refundable. Unused portions of packages or gift certificates may be transferred or applied to other services. Product returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase in original, unopened condition.
